Of course, Clarke deals in hypotheticals. Since AQ does not publicize the specifics of its plans, the whole antiterror effort is based on an analysis of hypothetical scenarios. Can't be any other way.

Yawn.

Please don't trot out the tiresome "the risk is small to me" argument.

Ooops...you are off the reservation here.....according to the best Bush hating sources, war with Iraq was GWB's #1 objective since before he was elected....
