If anyone, they should nail that 'Theodore Geisel' fella for identity theft. He operated under an assumed name for years, making a ton of money from it, in fact.

You've certainly learned PugsLogic well.

My point was that using a false identity is not identity theft if the documents in question bear the name of a non-existent person.
