In my experience the market anticipates news----once that is out you may get a spike up temporarily and then a down as people reconsider.

Having said this it does not necessarily apply to this stock----but could.

Is there any funding coming privately or via the government for this stock? Fundamental again, but this stock is not very approachable technically.

The only thing that I can figure is that it has a great story (product) and a low float. The research that I did and the news releases that I read were extremely favorable.
