Yes, you are right, Ish. So far I have been able to find nothing about environmental degradation at Arizona shrimp farms. I must admit the entire idea of growing shrimp in Arizona sounds a bit weird, but at least the mangrove trees are not being destroyed! ;-) Incidentally, continuing a conversation we were having a while ago, have you ever considered growing non-GMO organic soy beans? It looks like these are the ones that get the best prices, and where a lot of growth in demand is coming from. I would be interested in knowing what the technical considerations are, if you want to discuss it, of course.
