but not quite...

on the street.. you pay attention to immediate threats.. not national policy or class aspiration for example... just the root stuff.. food, warmth, roof, and maybe a six pack.. even that's a bit romantic.

as to making things worse for who... nah.. its grabbing what makes things for who.... in part.

but its not all by design is it? if it was, then the design would fall apart...

chaos is never in the interest of the vested. NEVER. until like the Tsar... blindness allows chaos to emerge.

balance all the way until it is JUST about tipped... then pull back.

you don't know how that's going to play yet.
