I still think the road to peace in Palestine is fastest reached by the Israeli's controlling the Palestinian education system. Let them learn if they wish to participate in the growth economy. The effect of education is multiplicative. The "Arab Street" would protest the education of Muslims. Radicals do not ferment in a growing economy.

Except their preaching in the USA could very well be unprotected free speech. Inciting riots or violence is illegal and is not protected. The FBI should be infiltrating the mosques and nailing clerics for this.
