"trial of the saboteurs before a military tribunal" Yes, just as I've said. (It's the "trial" part that is being stonewalled now. The admin. asserts the right to keep people IT DESIGNATES --- without any judicial review of the 'illegal combatant' designation, such as the Geneva conventions require --- for an 'indefinite period of time' [other meaning of that term: 'potentially forever'], and WITHOUT ANY TRIAL. They also don't mind, apparently, sending some of these 'detainees' off on jets periodically to various foreign hellholes [including Syria & Egypt & Khazakistan] to be tortured by the locals --- thus side-stepping prohibitions in US law against torture --- and then returning them to 'forever' detention under US control....
