I judged it not worth an answer.

Accounts of Camp David have been published by all the major players on all sides: Ehud Barak, Shlomo Ben Ami, Yossi Beilin, Bill Clinton, Dennis Ross, Saeb Erekat, Agha and Malley, plus the summaries in the New York Times and analyses in various FP journals. I've read them all, or certainly very many of them. Now you push some account by some guy I've never seen mentioned in any of these accounts, who starts by denying that Arafat had anything to do with the terrorism of the second Intifada (a perfectly absurd claim), and is recommended by Wanniski, a man who goes around claiming that the extremely well-documented murder of 50,000 Kurds in the Anfal campaign never happened! I wouldn't trust Wanniski's recommendations if he told me that water is wet.

There are lots of books written that claim the Holocaust never happened. I don't read those either.
