You are right that the U.S. is decaying from the inside out. However, it is not our actions outside this country, like our attempt to bring democracy to Iraq, that represent that decay. Instead it is the loss of morals and the wholesale assault on religion within this country that represents that decay.

Decay doesn't come from a morals judgement call for the rest of us from a few of those on the right nor the expression of false religious piety or the lack thereof. Decay comes from too much pork, too many decisions made to service the monied interests, starting wars that are not winnable etc.

If you are so concerned about interal American decay, then stand up and condemn the destruction of family values.

The best family value is one the right can't manage to pull off.........minding one's own business.

Vote against abortion and gay marriage.

I would vote for both just to PO the right.

How does either effect or hurt you?

Vote against the banning of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Take "Under God" out of it and I don't have a problem.

Vote against actions that would ban anything remotely religious from sites around your city.

Separation of church and state first!

Vote against banning the 10 Commandments from public sites. I mean what does anyone have against a commandment that says "Thou Shalt Not Kill" or "Thou Shalt Not Steal"?

Separation of church and state first!

We share different definitions of "family values." Personally, I don't give two s**ts about how families are assembled or how kids are raised if they have happy childhoods and turn out to be happy, productive members of society.

>Vote against abortion and gay marriage.

Why? I have no problem with abortion, and gay marriage is a good thing. It makes lots of people happy and there's no real indication that it's bad for society.

>Vote against the banning of the Pledge of Allegiance.

No one wants to ban the pledge. They just want to remove one phrase from its use in public schools.

It's not those commandments... what about the commandment that says "I am your Lord, your God, and you will have no other Gods before me"?

Your world is much different than mine, dude.
