Could be better, could be worse (the last two revisions have been better, BTW). Since I am mostly a fiscal conservative, I suggest we take care of the problem, not exacerbate it with private accounts. re: However, I am only satisfied by a system that provides a GOOD retirement for our seniors, through enforced savings and through using the 228 years of finance knowledge in this country to create a retirement system unmatched anywhere in the world. Cute speech but it doesn't have anything to do with the Bush scheme. How much do you calculate that a 35 year old earning $50K a year would have at retirement from the "private" SS account?
