Anyway, it clearly shows that all those shmancy-fancy institutes with names starting with "geophysical" or "seismophonical" or whatever... are NOT reliable sources: they're all bound by security/confidential rules that forbid them to disclose their data to the public/press WITHOUT their government's authorization and/or censorship... Let's not forget that one main job for those Geonerd institutes is to monitor nuclear tests worldwide --and that's a rather "sensitive" issue, isn't it?
