>>if he did not leave, I may end up like Yiwu. << Ramsey, what is that so bad if you ended up like me?<ggg> Although I would bet you would be better off than me. China was and still is a man's world. It was OK for female to make it during 1950 and 1980, but after this free market economy thing, female are now openly discriminated in China. Not to say that the US has no gender discrimination, but not as open as China now.

Do you know Andy Xie is actually a native of Shanghai? and left Shanghai in 1983, and got a master degree in civil engineering from MIT in 1987... And I can give a bunch of names as successful as he is. Yes, they are Mainland Chinese<g>
And here is a Chinese article about him.

Note Ramsey how the British saved your and others' hides from the likes of Yiwu the Mad. Imagine having to take orders from Yiwu. Scary. No wonder Taiwan is planning independence. No wonder you hide in the USA. Hong Kong is too close for comfort.

Meanwhile, the good weather is coming to NZ. March is the time!! Get your bicycle clips out and start training.

I know you my friend. Your chicken little syndrome shows again. :-) Still hold QCOM?

Yes. There are many rebellion type in Taiwan. I am not sure if I am qualified under your definition. You and those HK people can never understand, can you? :-)
