Rather thinking that Bush got favorable treatment isn't the same as having PROOF that Bush received favorable treatment. What Rather thought of course is no basis for a story or anything else for that matter.

Rather learned nothing from this. He grins in the thought of denial. Claiming he believes the allegations, therefore he was not corrupt.

Bullshit! Rather is going to be stung hard because the fall guys are going to fight back. I have no doubt payoffs and extortion will make their run before this is over as well.
