The Christian idea of universality of humans, in one big motley gene pool is not the Chinese way, which is still stuck in the olde worlde of tribal megalomania with territorial alpha male kleptocratic dominance hierarchy. Not for them that wonderful peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love. I know which is better. The dominant genes are fixin' to take over the weaker ones. Or so they think! They confuse what seems like a good idea in their heads, with inevitability. People always think ideas in their own heads are excellent. NIH syndrome [Not Invented Here] is an age-old problem. Ideas in one's own head seem so complete and get bound up with ego and the fundamental existence of reality. When the idea turns out not to match reality, there's a thing called cognitive dissonance which must be resolved. But until then, the person will obdurately proceed with their mad plans, often leading to their financial demise if not actual death. However, there is a chance because they have bought CDMA and those wonderful phragmented photons are suffusing China, even as they prepare to manoeuvre. Whether there is enough CDMA in China to soothe their troubled minds or not is the moot. Mqurice
