Thx but I'm not concerned about the quitting part. I've dropped it for years at a time several times. I'm looking for something to try and "repair" lung damage. I've been smoking off and on for about 27 years now and this October for the first time I've started to get a bit of a "metallic" taste or vibe that has me worried. In the past three years, I've shattered a wrist, broke a couple fingers, and fractured a rib (all playing basketball) and as a consequence have for the first time in my life allowed myself to get sedentary (for about two years now). I always figured that if I got out and ran any lung issues would be mitigated but I sure would like to have some pharmaceutical help if any exist to try and ensure cancer doesn't rear its head as I head farther into middle age. Guess the logical thing is to go in and get tested (haven't been sick in any sense for a decade except for the broken bones). The downside of trading for a living is I've ignored medical coverage (hate paying for things I don't use<g>). Now that I'm getting older I guess I better go buy coverage because the iron man days may be coming to an end. Cancer can't be cheap (-ng).
