Every VALID ballot needs to be counted -- excluding those that were invalidated pursuant to the rules the first time around but casually thrown into the hopper by the democrats on the second or third go-round. There go the democrats again -- changing the rules in the middle of an election. You're making an accusation of fraud. Name the person that committed the fraud and the fraudulent act and then take the bastard to court or jail. If you don't have a case...you don't have a case. The election is certified...by a republican. Game over. Orca
