JF, So how goes the war on terrorism? It's about as sound as the financials behind Social Security. By the way, pardon me if this was obvious or not, but I just learned that the federal deficit INCLUDES the so-called "surplus" from Social Security. In other words, the TRUE deficit, i.e. the real increase in the national debt, is higher by about $150B. That's alarming. Forget reforming Social Security. We need to cut spending, period. Tenchusatsu
