You cannot go back because of entropy. Sad, really, as there a lot of things I would like to do over again. Also I am afraid of a time paradox, which would explode reality. They are dangerous.

Einstein had particles that would go backward in time. Crazy but it worked. He kept them in a lab in a Schrodinger Quantum box along with a dead cat, so that if anyone looked at them, he could say "yasss, but your observation changed the result". He did not believe in Schrodinger boxes, but he kept one handy just in case anyone tried to disprove his theories.
