Does anyone short CSCO? The stock is so out of favor recently. Since the stock is in its narrow trading range, it is relative "safe" to play short. I can't lost a great amount of money even I'm wrong. Those hey days of CSCO jumping 3-4 points per day was long over.

Thank you Larry....am familiar with those and am watching CVX and DVN. I think any non US holdings of either of them....especially DVN...are ok and not significant enough to create undo offshore risk. APA might also be another one.

The new edition of Money Magazine is a good read on the energy stocks and picks. Also look at the special edition of Fortune Magazine....good Jim Rodgers article. If you are interested in energy follow Rodgers. Quirky but right on year after year and brilliant.
