They certainly wouldn't do so by intention but things don't always go exactly as planned. Intel presented a paper well over a year ago about their fully functional 65nm SRAMs. Add to that Intel's live demo of a 65nm dual core Yonah. AFAIK AMD has yet to describe any fully functional SRAM.

If the Fab is ready are you sure AMD will have a 65nm process ready to go?
