Actually the interest rate got up over 22% and some of the department stores still charge that rate. You talk about something that should be investigated, that is worse than the mob. A long time ago, I cut up all my high interest credit cards, and when they say I can "save" 15% on a purchase if I use my credit card, I always make a point of telling the sales clerks I'm not paying 22% interest. Sooner or later ONE of them will tell someone who will tell someone who might tell the powers that be that ripping off the customers is not a good thing. All this started with Jimmy and the two hour gas lines...Good job Jimmy...this is what the democrats have to offer...Jimmy, Kerry and Clinton what a combo..
