No news directly from the company. They never have news except to announce the hiring of some high priced new help. But yesterday it was announced that Comcast has purchased Liberate Tech. They were basically OPTV's main competition although they were doing almost zero business with declining revenues as far as I can remember. OPTV had a suit pending against LBRT. Obviously investors are taking this to mean that Comcast will never do business with OPTV. And it appears no other cable company will either. Jim Chiddix was hired as CEO to bring OPTV some cable business. In the 9 months he has been on the job he has done absolutely nothing to create shareholder value.
