Absolutely deny that there is any evidence of impropriety. To establish that the numbers would have to be outside the norm. They are not. The accuracy of the king county totals are 99.89% accurate. If they have another vote will that one be any more accurate than the last? What if it's still to close to call within the margin of error? And I say error not fraud as we are talking about humans moving hundreds of thousands of ballots around. There will be errors. A less than one percent error rate is not bad.

There is no proof of fraud.

Move on, fix the system and do it better next time.

It's an appearance of error. Impropriety? That says fraud, and so far there has been no evidence of fraud.

A certain number of people are exempt from signing for a ballot. And in every election there is going to be errors in people not signing when they get their ballot.

Unless there is a demonstration of fraud...the counting has been done...the vote certified.

Game over. What the republicans are doing here in Washington is dividing the state, costing tax payers money, stalling government from addressing other important issues.

Basically what Rossi is showing us that he puts his own personal interests in front of the interests of the state. And this is a guy that says he can lead? His political capital is going to be used up in this fruitless battle, and he will not be back as a candidate in Washington...as he will be ridiculed for his obstruction.

Worse...if there is a revote...Gregoire will likely win that election as well. There's 500 people that wrote in Sims. In a revote they will go for Gregoire. Not to mention the margins of victory of the other dem candidates in last election. So after whining, additional costs, delays in government, then more cost of another election...he'll still lose...and worse the real losers are the people of Washington.
