So you have concluded that everything that is a supplement is useless. That is pre-judgement without evidence. You are biased. FDA approval simply removes your bias from that item. So then .. a substance that is approved is a good thing .. until the approval is removed .. then it's a bad thing again. Every single drug that is FDA approved kills. Every single one. You can not get FDA approval unless you can show a LD-50. If the substance is nontoxic you can not get the approval. end of story for that new drug.
