Since we have been forced to emigrate from Mastermind, here's a pic from my last post there to Gus which clearly shows that, seismographically, it's not possible to confuse an earthquake with a nuclear explosion.

Are they a myth? That would probably be my first impression from the few pieces I've actually looked at, but the proponents of the theory certainly appear devoted.
