Dead people vote in every election. The surviving loved one is usually the culprit. It is illegal and should be prosecuted, but the number of dead that voted is miniscule, less than 15, and most of those voted for Rossi. There is error in every election. Shall we rerun every election until the result is outside the margin of error? They may never have a governor. The law allows for three recounts and legal challenges. If they can prove fraud or malfeasance then a new election should be held. Short of that it's over. jb
