Do you use some sort of calculator to determine if you got everything you need from your foods?

The study you cite suggests supplementation just to be sure you get what you need.

Now then .. nothing, absolutely nothing, that you have pointed out has addressed the web site that I posted to j-at-home. You implied that you knew all about the stuff and that it was bogus.

How many of the 50,000 journal reports and studies have you studied?

Old medical science tried to claim that all the vitamins you need are in the food you eat. Are you an old time doctor? This logic was done away with long ago.
