The title you cite says it all: "A POLEMIC, Germany's leading role in arming Iraq" -- you do not cite Germany's position, and you point to a report without providing a source based on the ravings of a competing politician during an election. As you know, none of the the things cited in the article turned out to be true. And the frustration of the politician cited is that they could not get the intelligence released from the German Government -- while the German Government was taking the position that there were no nuclear or chemical weapons programs in Iraq -- this is what you cite to show that the German Government and its intelligence agents believed Iraq had WMDs and was a threat?
