Fiddling with retirement plans has become an industry. Experts get paid $$$ to figure out how to rig the plan so more of the benefits accrue to highly compensated employees without getting the plan disqualified.

We were talking primarily about health benefits, weren't we? Oh, well. Thanks for the evidence against your assertion that workers are losing benefits. More people are participating in retirement plans at work, huh? Good. After all, Social Security won't be there when they retire if the Dems have their way now.

As for the high school dropouts not participating (it's unclear whether that's by choice or due to inelligibility), stay in school.
