I tend to agree with you on that one, Don. As long as Apple sells to the mass market, there will be those who return the product for whatever reason.

Apple has had an easy time selling to Mac die hards like me. Once they start selling in droves to Joe Sixpack, the real fun begins. But then, that's what you have to do to grow the company.
