Korea and maybe Myanmar, which China does have some immediate interest<g>. Vietnam is a past thing and I don't think the US will ever bother with them again<g>. But Taiwan is still a big time bomb. And the US foreign policy, ironically, encourages smaller countries to chase after nuclear weapons. And there might be some for sale in the black market, who knows?
