Election fraud legally means a concerted effort to overturn an election's result. Now by the common definition those 5 people that voted their dead spouse's ballot committed fraud, but you're right there was no conspiracy. They broke the law as individuals, and now hopefully they will pay the price for their error. I understand that the dead votes were for Rossi. So that means that Gregoire now leads by 134 votes. Gregiore would win a second election as both parties base's will be moved to vote...but the state has a much larger democratic base. There's a better than even chance that it would be a costly exercise in futility for the citizens of Washington. Orca
