I guess they had faith that an even distribution of voting equipment was a fundamental premise of democracy. Wrong...the SOS put in a new policy just before the election to allocate voting machines, which penalized areas that would be likely to vote in this election, but that do not always exercise their right to vote in local politics, where the outcome is not as crucial and does not draw so many to the polls.

It's pure electioneering by the partisan SOS...and that activity and the activity of the software vendors and fixed recount checks needs to be fully exposed and investigated.
