Apparently MorganSTanleyDeanLoser was just fined 19 mill for not properly supervising 2 'rogue' brokers. Jesus H. Christ this industry is crooked. One of the borkers is now under indictment, a one Carlos Soto who ran a scam out of the Morgan Puerto Rico office in San Juan. He took 61 mill promised to clients for investment in Treasuries and funneled it into secret accounts of a highly speculative nature. Imagine that. A coked out Latin conman heatmapping screamers all day long on his clients money. Literally no problems with capital shortage. Just doubling down all day long on Tzoo and Goog, if you lose you slip out of Dodge, if you win you scim off the cream. Unbeleivable. I am not making this up. We make money the old fashioned way.
