Please cite your dictionary definition source. I think you might be speaking out of your blowhole again.

Ahem...I'll remind you to keep it civil. I need not cite any dictionary definition, for if you have been following this situation and reading the daily news in the Seattle Times and the PI then you would know the finer points of when the word fraud is applicable with respect to an election.

The folks that voted their dead spouse's ballot need to pay a price if they did that illegally. And the 5 votes for Rossi will have to be taken off too.

Also, tell us about the provisional ballots that were improperly included...

King County has reported about 300 provisional ballots were accidently fed into voting machines. The provisional ballot checks that were done found that a very large number of the provisional ballots were valid. I recall around 90% of them. So even if 30 of those provisional ballots were not valid and the split was 60-40 meaning that Gregoire might have netted 18 votes from them. Take away the 5 dead votes for Rossi and leaves a net additional votes for Gregoire of 13 votes. Not enough to change the election.

... as well as ballots "found" elsewhere.

Legal ballots were misplaced...not found. The misplaced ballots were in a block of ballots from last names beginning with A thru C. Hardly a conspiracy or a bunch of "manufactured" ballots. And the Supreme court ruled that those legal ballots need to be counted under the laws of the State of Washington.

If a concerted effort needs to be proven, one can be and often is proven by circumstantial evidence. Rarely do co-conspirators fess up and point the finger at each other.

You must be an idiot if you think that the spouses who voted their deceased partner's ballots checked in with the Rossi campaign. Though maybe it should be looked into.
