Seems simple doesnt it? But, remember, the Democrats fought long and hard to have SS receipts included in the GENERAL FUND to be replaced by SPECIAL IOU's NON NEGOTIABLE from the US Treasury. If they have to give that up they would have to amend some entitlement programs. But, anyone who thinks SS isnt going bankrupt in 2018 just doesnt understand that those PIECES OF PAPER only valuable if the US can grant OTHER pieces of paper to outsiders in return for CASH to pay the recipients. Its called a PONZI scheme. Many people have gone to jail for such SCHEMES. jdn
