WEll, I didn't buy AAPL either, just ribbing Ron a bit. But I disagree with your anti-AAPL view. It has shown that it is an innovative company, and is a darling right now back by numbers. I doubt that this is the stock peak. it is in the process of taking out its 2000 high and has built a strong basing pattern since then. mebbe AAPL will buy MSFT and straighten out their OS. larry

>>>Ron you ready to short it?

nope

I'm still sticking to my knitting
watching very few stocks
trading fewer

I can remember well the days I ran scans on 200 stocks a day
had 50 on my grid
traded like a nutcase
overall did ok
but killed a lot of brain cells
and from time to time got in trouble and fretted

it has been about a year now that I have culled down to a more "sane" activity
have a watch list of 10 stocks
add or deletd one every week to a month
make trades on no more than 5 stocks in any day

overall the results are far better
and the brain almost functions
