I still call them predators. Because the foreclosure usually hurts more of the sellers than the bank, right?

mish,

I must be stuffy or something, because I see this type of loan as completely irresponsible. I certainly cannot see the "value" of this type of loan for the consumer.

It is a clear confirmation that this industry is out of balance with sound lending practices.
