yeah, agree. the only reason Japan won over China in Russia oil pipeline is because they are giving more money.

Correct-Putin doesn't want dissent from his countrymen. Selling oil at a high price to foreigners deprives countrymen of their national resource and leads to support for terrorists and coups.
