The reasons are simple and well-known - the israelis have bulldozed their homes and do not permit them to return, they are bottled up now in little bantustans between israeli walls and settlements, and no other nation has taken them in, so they have no place to go, unlike the other refugees you mention here

If only they had the superior military and economic power the next time round, eh, they could declare New Zealand or Burma or Uganda or, say, Israel, to be 'a land without a people for a people without a land', and do some bulldozing of their own .... but perhaps the twenty-first century is pushing it a bit as a start-up date for colony construction of the old-time nature [you might have thought 1948 was pushing it a bit as well, but then you might not have thought]

I do hope they don't try it here, where we take special care to retain an utter lack of entrance signs saying Come Invade Us Over Here, We Really Need Your Bulldozing Whacko Religion Here, Woo-Hoo

I'll leave you to pick out the reasons for that.
