They claim it is a violation of the building codes and zoning laws to live like that.

I have a solution for them now though.

As the law reads, one can only "camp" for two month period and then you must vacate the premises for a period of time unknown to me or them.

I have another parcel 1/4 mile away and around the bend, so I could go from one parcel to the other and make them mad.

The other parcel has a pickup camper on it....used to storage presently.

Sounds like you have the best of both worlds there Grainee.

I remember a number of years ago, I was again living amongst my furry brothers and sisters in the woods and decided I wanted to go and listen to the Philadelphia String Quartet, who were appearing at the local college ~12 miles away. So, I took a sitz bath, and biked into that town and sat down and had a fine evening of it. I thought to myself, what a wonderful world...I can sit here and listen to some fine music and return to all the stars in the visible universe above my head when this is over. The bats came out to eat while I later took in the sights.
