C, Thems nice numbers! I think we get a move here soon.

I also took a spec position in that firm bidding for Libya's oil assets SOCO (SOCLF.PK), one of the Iraqi block bidders (IVAN) and some Dragon Oil also.

I have been adding UTS.TO, some of my position is up almost 20% in 2 weeks:

PS I lightened up on some coal, selling all GCE ($14.40-waited too long, but a double from 6.95) and Nemi (slight loss), and half my SN.V(up 60%). I think China may do a deal. UTS has so much oil...

Condor,

Re: The well was swab tested at a rate of approximately 80 barrels of light (40-degree API) oil per day.

What am I not understanding here? Does a "swab test" indicate production rate? If so, this well has the potential to produce 80 x ~$40 per day or $3,200 per day. In Yemen, home to the Bin Laden Family. Before costs.

In comparison, Ghawar, which is producing in eastern Saudi Arabia, flows at something on the order of 500,000 bpd. Or, in dollar terms, about $20,000,000 per day.

3,200 vs. 20,000,000. Hmmm, you do get my point, eh?
