I call myself an agnostic, too, but different people use the labels differently. Your numbers two and three are not mutually exclusive. So, for most purposes, I don't differentiate between atheists and agnostics. Neither of them worships a deity.

1. "Believer" : Accepts there is something called GOD/Supreme Being/Higher Power etc, and believes in that concept.

A fair definition

2. "Athiest" : One that says there is no evidence that "God/whatever.." exists.

3. "Agnostic" : One that says there is not enough evidence to say "God" exists, at the same time there is not enough evidence to say "God" does not exist.

That is one way to define it. Others might define Atheist as someone who believes god does not exist, and would call anyone with no belief about God one way or the other to be an agnostic.

The distinction between these two definitions is only significant to people who do not affirmatively believe/contend that God does not exist, but who consider there to be no evidence whatsoever for God's existence and definitely don't affirmatively believe or contend that God does exist. Your definition would call them atheists, the other would call them agnostic.
