AJ, Glad to hear from you again. I have heard of wolves making good companions of man when raised right. People must remember that they are dealing with an animal that comes from a background of living in the wild, and killing it's own food. Once that is considered, and accounted for, they can become like a good dog, as you well know.

I remember being in an animal reserve near LA, and they had tow animals that were a wolf/shepherd mix, and were messed up. The former owners thought they could get the pet from the shepherd part, and good watch dogs from the wolf part. All they got were two schistzofrenic (sp) confused animals.
