Well said. Is it possible Greenspan and company are not factoring in tight monetary policy and its potential impact on coastal housing bubbles? Or are they just throwing warning signs out to bankers, lenders and policy makers in the regions impacted that the fed will not bail them out? Truely anyone with half a brain can see there is a serious housing bubble deeper than any ever before in modern times in this country currently in California when you compare home prices to equivalent rents, average incomes and home affordability.
