Hi ElMatador, Can anybody, even Jay, explain pure nonsense? For example, what is the meaning of %^#J)@!+!!? This guy Snow says he will step up pressure on Europe and Japan to improve their performance. This pressure is to be applied, one presumes, to the finance ministers at the meeting to which he is going. The clear assumption is that these finance ministers have as their appointed task to make their economies do poorly. So he will apply pressure. ??? Another expert(?) quoted admits that three years of dollar sinking have not improved the balance of payments a bit, but without giving evidence he is certain that eventually this will happen. Anyway Jay usually has an amusing quip in regard to nonsense.
