I thought the sec ruled pre ipo companies couldn't peddle off promotional shares?

i was messing around.. i think both are up because of very low float.. owners control 90% of stock i believe . so you have very little available stock. overstock is another cramer buddy... he goes on kudlow and cramer and cramer says..you made a believer out of me. figure greenberg will write an article soon about insider selling. stuffing channel etc. then cramer will have ebay on and amazon on and say that overstock sec should look into it. i think they give kick backs. etc. no haven't touched either one. but i did pfe this morning. g
