I spoke with IR at ALAN yesterday. Presently, they have talks going on with Los Angeles County Jail system and feel that they are "close" to having at least a beginning contract.

There are also two systems accounted for in FL...budgets are being hammered out now..it could be a while on these two.

The company is trying to buy the last of Mr. Jones' shares, however, he is being a pain in the butt...not returning calls etc. The guy, IMO is a nut, having instructed his broker to sell only 15k shares per day at any price. Since he is the fly in the soup over the TSI lease lawsuit, I think he is just screwing with ALAN for spite. He did not get anywhere with his suit so he is going to be an ass for a while. If ALAN can take out his remaining 1mm shares then he will be out of the way...I was told to watch for a block trade of that number of shares, hopefully, in the near future. The broker would like to get rid of him too!! LOL

As to support, I think .85 to .90 is a fair bet based on the TA..
