Aus,

Been at MacWorld all week and after the Keynote Apple sold out of the iPod Shuffles in the San Francisco store, approximately 1500 units, before the end of the day. I believe that the iPod Shuffle will be a huge seller for Apple and will challenge the rest of the Flash Mp3 players. The ease of use and the interface with iTunes will be a big plus. If Apple could take half of the Flash market in a year with the iPod Mini this new iPod Shuffle will be a major challenger.

Since Apple will need the Flash from someplace and they are buying it from Sandisk it is a win win for both companies. Hopefully the iPod Shuffle will drive up the stock price and earnings for both.
