So RIO goes up 7.5% Fri and RIO-P 4.5%

But if 90% goes through and CVRD pays an extra dividend, RIO-P will be the primary beneficiary, since RIO only gets the min. dividend. RIO-P has the voting rights stripped out and in exchange has the benefit of addl dividends, but not RIO.

RIO-P: min div+addl div when issued
